Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:

• Unworn and unused

• In original condition

• Returned with original packaging

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please contact us at help.tennyola@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
